Oleh Havrylyshyn Visiting Fellow (1991), alternate executive director (Ukraine), International Monetary Fund, and has been a consultant to various governments, the World Bank, and other international agencies. A native of Ukraine, he has traveled and worked extensively in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. He is the coauthor of From Soviet Disunion to Eastern Economic Community with John Williamson. |
