Dale E. Hathaway (1925-2007) Dale Hathaway was a senior fellow at the National Center For Food and Agricultural Policy in Washington, DC, and served as a consultant to various international institutions and governments. He served as undersecretary of agriculture for international affairs and commodity programs and as chairman of the official private-sector advisory group for the secretary of agriculture and the United States Trade Representative from 1993 to 2001.
