Robert Scollay Robert Scollay is director of the New Zealand APEC Study Centre and a senior lecturer in the Economics Department of the University of Auckland. He served as international coordinator of the Trade Policy Forum of the Pacific Economic Cooperation Council (2001–-05). He is the coauthor of New Regional Trading Arrangements in the Asia Pacific (2001). |
