Sarah Cleeland Knight

Sarah Cleeland Knight is an assistant professor of international politics at American University's School of International Service. Her research interests include interest groups and foreign economic policy, the creation and evolution of the Bretton Woods institutions, and the domestic and international politics of the Internet. She served as a research assistant at the Peterson Institute for International Economics from 1999 to 2000, where she researched issues related to the Internet and electronic commerce and the US trade deficit. Previously she worked with the USDA's export promotion program and the international trade office of the Seattle Chamber of Commerce. She is coauthor of Global Electronic Commerce: A Policy Primer (2000) with Catherine L. Mann and Sue E. Eckert.
