Visiting Fellow, is Professor of Economics and Associate Director of the Center for the Study of Globalisation and Regionalisation (CSGR) at the University of Warwick. He has been an adviser to the Treasury Committee of the House of Commons and an economic consultant at the IMF and the World Bank. He is coauthor of Targets and Indicators: A Blueprint for the International Coordination of Economic Policy (1987) with John Williamson.
