Laura D'Andrea Tyson Visiting Fellow (1992), was Director of the National Economic Council during the first Clinton administration (1995-96) and Chair of the Council of Economic Advisors (1993-95). She jointly chairs the Department of Economics and the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, where she is Professor of Economics and Business Administration, Director of the Institute of International Studies, and Research Director of the Berkeley Roundtable on the International Economy. She is the author of Who''s Bashing Whom? Trade Conflict in High-Technology Industries (1992) and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute. |
