Jikun Huang Jikun Huang has been the director of the Center for Chinese Agricultural Policy (CCAP) at the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing since October 2000, where he is also a professor. He is a visiting professor of economics at Zhejiang University in Hangzhou and Nanjing Agricultural University and vice president of the Chinese Association of Agro-Technology Economics. |
