Anna Gelpern Anna Gelpern, visiting fellow, is an associate professor of law at Rutgers University-Newark and a member of the faculty at the Rutgers University Center for Global Change and Governance. In 2002–03 she was an international affairs fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations. Between 1996 and 2002, she served in legal and policy positions at the US Treasury Department and previously practiced law with Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in New York and London. She has spoken and published on emerging-market debt, financial crises, and privatization. |
